Job ID:J52006 Job Title:Palantir Engineer Location:Dallas, TX Duration:12 Months + Extension Hourly Rate:Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization:US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD Client:To Be Discussed Later Employment Type:W-2, 1099, C2C Primary Skills: SQL, Snowflake, Python, Databricks, Azure Palantir is a bonus About the Project: This projects will require 1 Data Engineers and is focused on providing operational support for key projects that have moved into production including Prospector Pro C360 for CSMs C360 for Agents C360 for Executives DataSphere They will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of these systems post-deployment, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A requirement is that we have the ability to hire after contract. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real-time. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: o New Data Ingestion o UI/UX Changes o Data Quality and Integrity o Adhoc Business Requests Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Campaign Lifecycle Management Team, Customer Success Managers, Officer Support Teams, and data teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Document each issue including the solution to contribute to knowledge base. When bandwidth allows, provide support for the AI Agent Foundry initiative, contributing to the development and maintenance of AI-driven solutions.
