Palantir Foundry Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Palantir Foundry Engineer to work directly with clients, translating complex business challenges into scalable data-driven solutions using the Palantir platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering, data integration, and stakeholder management skills to deliver impactful solutions in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions. • Design, develop, and deploy applications, workflows, and data pipelines using Palantir Foundry and related technologies. • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to create scalable and reliable data models. • Build dashboards, operational applications, and analytical solutions that support business decision-making. • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and data integrations. • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data quality. • Partner with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business users. • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions. • Document technical designs, processes, and implementation methodologies. • Support solution delivery throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery through production deployment. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics, or platform development. • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or other Palantir products. • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, SQL, or similar technologies. • Experience building data pipelines, data models, and enterprise-scale applications. • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Knowledge of API integrations, data warehousing, and distributed systems. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work directly with clients and gather business requirements. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with large-scale data transformation and analytics projects. • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. • Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services projects. • Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics solutions. • Palantir certifications are a plus.
