• Coach and enable client teams on Foundry best practices to drive adoption and long-term self-sufficiency.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and provide regular status updates on milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related technical role, including 2–3+ years leading Palantir Foundry implementations.
• Proven experience in forward deployment or client-facing technical leadership roles on complex data platform engagements.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Palantir Foundry, including data integration, pipelines, analytics, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouse).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Scala for data processing and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to U.S. client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting healthcare, insurance, or financial services data workflows.
• Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools outside of Foundry (e.g., Apache Airflow, Camunda).
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
What We Offer
• Opportunity to lead strategic Palantir deployments for large enterprise clients.
• Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge data platforms and advanced analytics use cases.
• Collaborative, high-impact work environment with experienced technical teams.
• Competitive contract compensation.
