Role: Palantir Lead (Palantir AIP & Foundry) Location: Houston, TX Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Palantir Lead with 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions using Palantir AIP and Palantir Foundry, driving enterprise analytics, data integration, governance, and application development. Key Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end solutions using Palantir AIP and Foundry. • Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines and ontology models. • Integrate Palantir platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud ecosystems. • Implement security, governance, and compliance best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Palantir applications. • Mentor teams and promote best practices for development, testing, and release management. Required Skills: • 10+ years of experience in Data/Solution Architecture. • Strong hands-on expertise in Palantir AIP and Palantir Foundry. • Experience with data modeling, pipeline development, ontology modeling, and application development. • Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, and distributed data processing. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
