Part-Time Inventory Data Analyst

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Mansfield, MA that is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Data Analyst. Responsibilities: • Analyze and manage large data sets to support product or inventory evaluations • Compare cost, usage, and replacement options to support decision-making • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and progress reporting tools • Prepare summaries and insights for leadership and executive review • Track approvals, decisions, and outcomes across multiple stakeholders • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed • Organize, label, log, and catalog physical product samples onsite • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records throughout the project Requirements • Strong analytical skills with experience working in large or complex data sets • Advanced Excel proficiency (data entry, pivot tables, aggregations, reporting) • Ability to synthesize data and create dashboards or tracking tools • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight • Comfort supporting executive-level decision-making workflows • Willingness and ability to work onsite multiple days per week • Ability to balance analytical work with light hands-on operational tasks The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
