We are seeking an experienced P&C Insurance Data Analytics to lead and drive data analytics projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance across Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, and Reinsurance, combined with strong data analytics experience in data lakes, warehouses, marts, and cubes. This role requires proven experience delivering use cases such as actuarial triangles, regulatory dashboards, KPI tracking, and other analytics-driven initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in the P&C insurance domain, with a strong focus on data analytics projects.
• In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance products, Policy Administration, Billing, Underwriting, Claims, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
