Location: Dallas / Pittsburgh / Strongsville
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 10+ Years
Role: Elastic Engineer / Elasticsearch Specialist with Java (Spring boot, Kafka)
Exp: 10 & Above
Skills must have: Pega, Pega Decision Management
Must-Have Skills
• 7+ years Pega development (minimum 4 years in Pega CDH)
• Strong in Pega Decisioning Framework, NBA Designer, Customer Profile Designer
• Experience with Pega 8.x+
• Hands-on with Decision Strategies, Engagement Policies, Predictive Models
• Strong in Data Flows, Adaptive Models, Predictive Analytics
• Strong SQL
• Integration experience (SOAP, REST, MQ)
• Pega Certifications preferred (CPDC, CSAC, SSA)
• Strong communication & problem-solving
Role Responsibilities
• Design & implement Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies in Pega CDH
• Develop & optimize decision strategies, engagement policies, and predictive models
• Build and maintain Pega rules, flows, data models
• Integrate CDH with external systems (data ingestion, outbound comms)
• Work with BA, architects, QA teams
• Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning
• Stay updated with Pega platform best practices
