Hi, Our client is looking Pega LSA in Irving, TX below is the detailed requirements. Job Title : Pega LSA Location : Irving, TX Job Description: • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience. • Must have Pega CSSA certification and Pega LSA-1 certification. • You should have 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks. • Must be Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications • Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning. • Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks • Should be able to support and guide the team. • Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually. • Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients • Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need. • Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD). • Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
