Title : PEGA LSA Location : Austin, TX (Remote) Duration : 12+ Months Visa Status : $92/hr On W2 Relevant Experience : 7+ Job Description: • Senior developer who is a PEGA LSA with CS framework and Constellation expertise. • As a senior developer, you will be primarily responsible for Design and development of end-to-end PEGA CS solutions that align with business requirements and enhance the current customer service capabilities. • Hands on Experience with Constellation and the PEGA Customer Service (CS) framework, including implementation and customization. • Experience in leading complex PEGA projects from inception to completion. • Experience in leading the end-to-end design and architecture of PEGA CS applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to technical standards, conducting architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements. • Expertise in Ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of PEGA CS solutions through robust architectural practices • Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of PEGA CS applications, including workflows, user interfaces, system and channel integrations. • You would be required to support the Application Manager Business for CS with driving digitization and automation for client, optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency. • You could be leading a team of PEGA developers by assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback and fostering collaboration and innovation. • You would be responsible for code reviews according to standards for optimized code, creation of accurate releases, deployment of processes and creation of process documentation to outline value delivered. • You would be working with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. • You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
