People Analytics Analyst

Job title: People Analytics Analyst/HR Data Analyst Contract Duration: 6 month assignment. - 40 hours a week Location: Remote, US (PST zone) Pay Rate: $105-$110/hr on W2 Position Details Vertical Engineering & IT Description Role Overview We're seeking a contractor to support Client's People Analytics team with data analysis, survey management, and visualization projects. This role will work closely with the People Analytics team and stakeholders across various G&A functions. Scope of Work Primary Responsibilities • Employee Survey Support: Build, distribute, and maintain survey dashboards in Qualtrics, ensuring data quality and actionable insights • BI / Dashboards: Create robust dashboards and visualizations using Lookerstudio to communicate people insights effectively • Workforce Planning: Support building workforce planning capabilities from the ground up, including data modeling and forecasting • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct data analysis and research projects as needed to support organizational decision-making • Collaboration: Regular partnership with People Analytics team members and cross-functional stakeholders to execute against key deliverables Experience Required: • Strong SQL fluency for data extraction and manipulation • Hands-on experience building dashboards in Lookerstudio • Experience with Qualtrics for survey design and reporting • Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches • Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with BigQuery (preferred)
