Rate: $55/hr on W2
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented People Analytics Contractor to support our HR analytics initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing employee data, supporting employee listening programs, and delivering actionable insights that enable data-driven workforce decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with survey analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collect, analyze, and report on employee survey data to support strategic HR and organizational decisions.
β’ Assist in the design and implementation of employee listening programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
β’ Interpret employee and talent data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights that inform HR strategies.
β’ Develop, automate, and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into workforce metrics.
β’ Build and scale predictive models for headcount forecasting and hiring demand to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
β’ Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams on people analytics initiatives and projects.
β’ Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for HR leaders and business stakeholders.
β’ Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity when managing sensitive employee data.
β’ Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics and employee listening technologies.
β’ Provide ad hoc analytics support for HR and leadership teams as needed.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
β’ Masterβs or PhD preferred.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with quantitative and qualitative HR data.
β’ Experience with Excel and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Employee Voice).
β’ Familiarity with data visualization and people analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Visier.
β’ Experience with statistical and programming tools such as R or Python.
β’ Exposure to AI tools and advanced analytics techniques is a plus.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience working within HR, People Analytics, or Talent Intelligence functions.
β’ Knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement surveys, and talent analytics methodologies.
β’ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
