Position- People Analytics/ HR analytics
Location- Tampa, FL /Stamford, CT (remote)
Pay Rate - $60 to 64/hour

β’ Databricks or snowflake is a plus as they are working on it
β’ HR Systems -- ERP systems - SAP/MSFT dynamics exp would work

β’ Data Management & Governance: Source, validate, and maintain people data from multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness. Uphold strong data governance standards related to data privacy, security, and integrity.
β’ Analytics & Insights: Perform statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within workforce data. Translate data into compelling insights that inform HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making. Conduct ad hoc and weekly reporting with accuracy and speed.
β’ Workforce Planning: Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent functions to support forecasting, headcount planning, and organizational modeling. Monitor workforce metrics and indicators, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
β’ Visualization & Communication: Develop visually engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel. Present findings in a clear, structured, and business-relevant format to senior stakeholders.
β’ Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and priorities. Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics, visualization, and workforce planning.
MUST HAVES:
β’ Proven experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce planning.
β’ Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
β’ Solid command of statistical analysis and methodologies; working knowledge of Python or SQL preferred.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in data science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field (Masterβs preferred).
β’ Strong data quality acumen β ensures data is accurate, timely, complete, consistent, and fit-for-purpose across all reporting and analytics.
β’ Analytical expertise β capable of identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform workforce strategies and organizational decisions.
β’ Visualization skills β able to build compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
β’ Reporting proficiency β delivers regular and ad hoc reporting with precision, clarity, and speed.
NICE TO HAVES:
β’ Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning applications in HR.
β’ Experience in scenario modeling and workforce forecasting.
β’ Understanding of organization design and operational efficiency metrics.
β’ Knowledge of HR systems and data (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
