As an Associate People Business Partner, you’ll support teams across the APAC region and help deliver a consistent, high-quality people experience. You’ll work closely with managers and leaders across a range of functions, gaining hands-on experience while developing your skills as a People Partner. If you enjoy variety, a broad scope, and partnering with both new and experienced managers to support change and growth, this role could be a great fit. You’ll collaborate with the wider People team to support the full employee lifecycle, contribute to core People programs, and help ensure our APAC teams feel engaged, supported, and set up for success. This role is well suited to someone early in their HR career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, international environment. What you’ll do Act as a project lead for several recurring People Team processes throughout the year, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, quarterly business reviews, People planning, and talent programs Partner with managers across APAC on day-to-day people questions, providing guidance aligned with company policies and local practices Serve as a first point of contact for employees on People policies, programs, and resources Assist with workforce planning activities, including hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility across the region Support employee relations matters in partnership with a Strategic People Business Partner Prepare and deliver reporting and insights to support data-informed people decisions Collaborate with global People team members to improve processes, documentation, and employee resources Help reinforce a strong, inclusive, and distributed-first culture across APAC teams What we’re looking for 2-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; HR certification is a plus Strong interest in developing as a People Business Partner in a regional, multi-function environment Curious and proactive mindset, with a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear, approachable communicator who builds trust with managers and employees Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first, globally distributed company Interest in expanding HR knowledge, including local employment laws and practices across APAC In Australia, the base compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
