POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an HR Data & Analytics Analyst to transform our people data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role will provide centralized analytical support across the HR function, with particular focus on HRIS optimization and Reward analytics, enabling regional teams to leverage data for maximum business value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analytics & Insights β€’ Design and maintain People dashboards and automated reports covering workforce trends, turnover, headcount planning, and key people metrics β€’ Conduct predictive analytics to forecast talent needs, identify retention risks, and support workforce planning β€’ Create executive-level reports and visualisations for Board reviews, investor reporting, and senior leadership β€’ Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across all People systems HRIS Management & Optimisation β€’ Act as data expert for People systems, ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility across platforms β€’ Identify automation opportunities and streamline processes through better use of system capabilities β€’ Support system enhancements, integrations, and implementations with data validation β€’ Maintain documentation of data structures, reporting methodologies, and system processes Reward & Compensation Analytics β€’ Provide analytical support for year-end performance reviews, bonus, and salary review processes β€’ Lead salary benchmark surveys and conduct market analysis to inform compensation strategy β€’ Build financial models for compensation planning, budget forecasting, and benefit renewals β€’ Support Gender Pay Gap reporting and other statutory compensation disclosures β€’ Conduct regular audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance Strategic HR Support & Collaboration β€’ Partner with regional HR teams to develop localised insights while maintaining global consistency β€’ Support ESG and DEI initiatives through data collection, analysis, and reporting β€’ Analyse employee engagement survey data to identify trends and inform action planning β€’ Provide data support for M&A integration activities including data migration and validation β€’ Work as a trusted partner to P&C Business Partners, providing data-driven recommendations and building their analytical capability ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA Required Skills & Experience Essential: β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets β€’ Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) β€’ Proven experience using HRIS platforms, ideally Dayforce (or similar global HR system) β€’ Understanding of HR metrics, processes, and the employee lifecycle β€’ Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy β€’ Strong communication skills turning complex data into clear, compelling visual stories for non-technical audiences. β€’ Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy principles, particularly as they relate to employee data Desirable: β€’ Experience with predictive analytics or HR forecasting models β€’ SQL or Python skills for advanced data manipulation β€’ Background in reward, compensation, or benefits analytics β€’ Familiarity with ESG/DEI reporting frameworks Personal Attributes: We're looking for someone who brings technical expertise alongside a collaborative, people-focused approach: β€’ Collaborative partner, not isolated analyst: You thrive on working closely with others, sharing insights proactively, and building the analytical capability of those around you rather than keeping data knowledge to yourself β€’ Team player who gets stuck in: You're happy to roll up your sleeves and support the team however needed, even when it falls outside traditional analytical work β€’ Open and approachable: You actively share knowledge, explain your methodology, and make data accessible and understandable for everyone β€’ Trusted with confidentiality: You handle sensitive people data with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality β€’ Curious and proactive: You have a genuine passion for uncovering insights and take initiative to explore data that could add value β€’ Integrated team member: You want to be embedded within the People & Culture team, understanding their challenges first-hand and building solutions together β€’ Pragmatic problem-solver: You balance technical excellence with practical delivery, comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritising what will make the biggest difference What We Offer The opportunity to be a key member of our People & Culture team, using your analytical skills to make a real impact on our people strategy while developing your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.
