Role description
Job Title: HR Data Engineer
Location: Onsite Role in San Jose, CA
Duration: 06+ Months Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Range: $65- $68 Per Hour on W2
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a hands-on data engineer who can build scalable data architectures and transform messy HR data into clean, self-serve datasets. Day to day, they will write SQL/Python scripts, build dimensional models in Snowflake, and use dbt to support our analytics tools. Culturally, we need someone who is scrappy, highly collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity. The perfect fit prioritizes getting things done and making a business impact over rigid perfectionism
