Role description
London Agency | Remote Working - must be based in the UK Working with a performance-driven and award-winning paid marketing agency who are looking for an experienced Paid Media Analyst to join them on a short-term freelance contract. The Role: This opportunity is more insight-led than activation-focused. While there may be light hands-on activity, the core requirement is strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll be responsible for analysing performance data across DV360, Google Ads (including YouTube), and paid search, helping the team better understand what's driving efficiency and where growth opportunities lie. Key Responsibilities Include: • Analysing performance data across Google/YouTube and DV360 to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities • Understanding drivers of efficiency across audience, creative, placement, device, geo, and time-of-day • Building clear narratives from data to support client reporting and strategic recommendations • Stress-testing assumptions and spotting issues early, including efficiency shifts, saturation, diminishing returns, and pacing anomalies About You: • 3+ years' experience in paid media or performance analytics • Very confident working with large datasets and manipulating data • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and queries • Comfortable working independently and proactively surfacing insights • Experience working with large budgets and enterprise, performance-led clients For more information and to express your interest send your CV now.
