Role description
As a Performance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in re-architecting performance-critical functionality, driving scalability initiatives, and shaping the future-state cloud-native platform powering 200+ global clients across banks, broker/dealers, asset managers, and agent lenders.
🔎 What You’ll Do
✔️ Eliminate performance bottlenecks & improve scalability
✔️ Lead and drive performance testing initiatives
✔️ Implement architectural enhancements for future growth
✔️ Collaborate with senior architects on key platform initiatives
✔️ Build enterprise-grade financial solutions in an Agile environment
💡 What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years hands-on experience in Java enterprise environments
🔹 Strong expertise in Java SE/JEE, Spring, JMS, JPA/Hibernate
🔹 Solid SQL experience (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
🔹 Experience with REST APIs, IAM (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO)
🔹 Frontend exposure: Angular v2+, Observables, Redux
🔹 Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
🔹 Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD (nice to have)
• 🔹 Strong communication skills & global collaboration experience
