Role description
Senior IAM DevOps Engineer / Architect
• W2 Only role.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

We are seeking a senior-level Identity DevOps Engineer/Architect with expertise in IAM, Ping technologies, cloud platforms, and automation. This role will focus on designing and supporting identity solutions, creating new integrations/intakes, troubleshooting issues, and providing production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions and integrations
• Create new identity intakes and troubleshoot complex authentication workflows
• Support migration from PingFederate to PingOne
• Manage identity solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Automate processes using scripting and DevOps tools
• Independently resolve production issues and participate in rotational on-call support
Required Skills
• Expert: PingFederate (components/flows, Java/J2EE custom adapters, custom PCVs, data stores, complex integrations)
• Strong: PingOne (SSO, MFA, DaVinci)
• M365 SSO and Entra ID integration experience
• Cloud/IaaC: GCP, GKE, Terraform, Helm, Git, Jenkins, Containerization
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
