PingFederate Specialist

IAM Engineer / PingFederate Specialist • W2 Only role. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. • Sponsorship is not available for this position. Role Summary Seeking an IAM professional with deep PingFederate expertise (development or architect level) to support and enhance our enterprise SSO platform. The ideal candidate will be highly self-sufficient, capable of building new components, improving IAM processes, and driving both operational support and strategic engineering initiatives. Responsibilities • Serve as SME for PingFederate and enterprise SSO solutions. • Design, develop, and enhance authentication, federation, and MFA capabilities. • Streamline federated trust between PingFederate and Microsoft Entra ID. • Leverage PingDaVinci for customized self-service MFA/password reset workflows. • Expand PingOne Protect and support security threat analysis/tuning. • Drive PingCentral implementation and automation initiatives. • Improve certificate management, logging, monitoring, dashboards, and platform resiliency. • Support day-to-day IAM intake requests, incidents, MFA setup/reset, and user authentication issues. • Partner with QA on test automation and collaborate with AD, networking, DevOps, and Service Desk teams. Required Skills • 8+ years of hands-on IAM experience • Deep expertise with PingFederate (required) • Experience with PingOne, PingProtect, PingDaVinci, PingCentral • Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC • Ability to independently design and deliver solutions with minimal oversight Preferred • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID • Familiarity with Oracle IAM (OIM/OAG) • Experience with AD, DevOps, and IAM automation initiatives
