Kforce has a client that is seeking a Platform Data Developer in Orlando, FL. Summary: The Platform Data Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) platform. This role serves as a key link between business process requirements and technical solution delivery across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, reporting tools, and approved enterprise data sources. The individual in this role will develop and maintain the data structures, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities required to support a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly operational workspace for Complex Projects. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint-based data structures including lists, libraries, metadata, views, permissions, and related site architecture to support the PPM operating model
β’ Develop and support Power Automate workflows for intake, approvals, reminders, milestone tracking, document completeness checks, and other repeatable PMO processes
β’ Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting views that provide visibility into project status, milestones, risks, commercial controls, and portfolio health
β’ Develop Power Apps, forms, or low-code applications where needed to simplify data capture, improve usability, and reduce manual effort for PMs and support teams
β’ Support integration of the PPM platform with enterprise data sources such as SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, OnePM, and other approved systems, in coordination with system owners and IT
β’ Configure and validate AI-related capabilities such as SharePoint agents, Copilot-assisted experiences, metadata enrichment, and governed content structures that improve search and summarization quality
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
β’ Hands-on experience developing solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, including lists, libraries, permissions, site configuration, and content governance
β’ Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, including workflow design, data modeling, and dashboard/report development
β’ Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation
β’ Working knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, SQL or related data tools, and reporting architecture is strongly preferred
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with PMO, project managers, commercial stakeholders, and technical support teams
β’ Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data, perform data transformation, and support reporting solutions across multiple business systems
β’ Ability to work independently in a small, evolving program environment and build practical solutions that balance governance, usability, and speed to value
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
