Job#: 3037989 Job Description: Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey (Remote) Role Overview A position is available for a program management analyst to support analytics, financial tracking, and reporting efforts. This role involves maintaining and building upon existing data sets to translate raw data into insights for leadership. The analyst will manage data tracking across financials and project interdependencies, convert data into Power BI dashboards, and support reporting needs. Key Responsibilities • Maintain tracking of program performance against milestones, schedule, and deliverables. • Build, operate, and maintain integrated dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools. • Ensure consistency and accuracy of all program reporting, partnering with the Financial Controller. • Proactively identify, assess, and track key risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks. • Prepare regular reporting packages and executive slide decks, crafting clear narratives and data visualizations. • Administer and optimize Planisware and QuickBase configurations for planning and tracking. • Perform ad-hoc quantitative analysis, including variance and trend analysis. • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and data governance. • Train and support project teams on reporting standards and tools. • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to align on metrics and action items. Required Qualifications Experience: 5–7 years of experience in an analytical role, such as program controls, PMO analytics, or project finance. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Planisware, QuickBase, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling). Proven ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards and demonstrate data storytelling through executive-level presentations. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is required. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in supply chain or medtech industries. • An advanced degree (MBA, MS) or professional certification (PMP, PMI-ACP). • Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, or other ETL and data modeling tools. • Experience working in regulated industries or complex matrix organizations. • Experience automating reporting through APIs or integrations.
