Title: PMO Data Analyst (Contract)- Job#5790 Location: Springfield, MA area/Hybrid Remote Job Description Our client located in the Springfield, MA area has an immediate opening for a PMO Data Analyst to join their team. The Data Analyst needs to be highly motivated, analytical, self-directed individual to fill a consultant position assisting the PMO team in a fast-paced environment. This individual will perform a variety of day-to-day responsibilities as well as numerous administrative tasks. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others. Strong verbal and writing skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Responsibilities • Data Collection & Processing: Gather, extract, and process data from various sources and systems. • Data Validation: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of project data. • Trend & Pattern Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and risks within project data to support decision-making. • Dashboard & Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to communicate complex information clearly. • Performance Metrics: Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor project and portfoliohealth. Required • Master of Science, in Computer Science or electrical engineering • 1 to 3 years’ experience in data analysis and/engineering in SQL, Tableau, Power BI • Experienced in ETL pipeline development using DBT or equivalent and Apache Airflow • Experience in orchestrating workflows with Airflow or Step Functions/EventBridge. • Proficient in applying data engineering techniques such as modeling source data into clearstaging/intermediate/mart layers. • Experienced in writing technical documentation, tests, and lineage. • Background in DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus About Delphi-US Delphi-US is a national recruiting firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
