About The Role

As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your expertise in health data, analytics, and public health to evaluate and improve how AI understands and reasons about population-level health challenges.
Your work will directly shape AI that supports better health decisions, identifies disparities, and drives meaningful outcomes at scale.

• Provide structured, expert feedback on analytical reasoning, data interpretation, and health informatics concepts
• Review and assess AI outputs involving dashboards, data pipelines, and population health reporting frameworks
• Help translate complex health data scenarios into clear, well-reasoned AI training examples
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
• Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
• Strong analytical thinker with a solid understanding of health informatics principles
• Skilled at data visualization, reporting, and communicating insights to diverse stakeholders
• Able to evaluate and critique health-related analytical content with precision
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
• Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health surveillance
• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD coding)
• Prior work with AI, machine learning datasets, or health technology platforms
Why Join Us
• Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs and health-focused teams
• Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, from anywhere
• Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
• Contribute to meaningful work that helps AI better serve public health goals
