What You'll Do

• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models reason about population health
• Apply your domain knowledge to help AI understand complex public health concepts, surveillance data, and intervention strategies
Who You Are
• Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate data quality and identify meaningful patterns
• Skilled in data visualization and health reporting — familiar with dashboards and surveillance tools
• Able to translate complex health data into clear, actionable insights
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on structured tasks
Nice to Have
• Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health informatics, or health policy
• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or social determinants of health datasets
• Prior work with AI or machine learning projects in a health context
Why Join Us
• Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and health data teams
• Fully remote and asynchronous — work when and where it suits you
