Role description
Job Description We’re looking for a talented, inherently curious, and passionate analyst to help us evolve our Portfolio and Cross-Channel marketing strategy with deeper insights on how top and mid-funnel marketing programs and channels influence the customer journey and business outcomes. The Portfolio & Social Marketing Analyst will be responsible for defining and measuring success, investigating opportunities for optimization, recommending strategies for growth, and delivering visual performance summaries, insights, and recommendations to marketing practitioners and leaders. The role will shape the direction of channel strategies and evangelize data insights with marketers across product marketing, digital, and social. Responsibilities: β€’ Manage, analyze, and visualize data with a keen attention to detail, data integrity, and quality control β€’ Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy β€’ Design and build dashboards to allow stakeholders to self-serve data β€’ Provide regular reporting on team KPIs, and ad hoc data and analysis as requested β€’ Identify and advocate for measurement enhancements to make help data-driven decisions and demonstrate the team’s business value β€’ Analyze the audience journey to understand how the team serves as an essential lead routing engines for all clouds and products β€’ Share learnings across the marketing organization β€’ Develop trusted relationships with project leads and key stakeholders Requirements: β€’ 2+ years of experience in B2B web analytics and social analytics β€’ Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred). Able to query large, unstructured datasets β€’ Advanced experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Tableau, including dashboard design and data source optimization β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and regression analysis β€’ Skilled in Google Analytics β€’ Able to manage and manipulate large data sets across various systems/platforms β€’ Ability to break down and explain complex analytics concepts to a non-analytical audience β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects that align multiple stakeholders β€’ Obsessive attention to detail, with high standards for data quality and integrity β€’ Strong problem solver, blending creative and analytical skills to anticipate problems and provide creative solutions β€’ Passion for researching, understanding, and analyzing emerging technologies β€’ Able to learn new technologies quickly
