Job Title : Power BI Data Analyst Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid 3/4 days a week onsite) Duration : Long term contract Contract: W2 Core Skill set Total work exp should be around 8-10 yrs with 4-6yrs of exp on Powe BI Should have done data migration to Power BI Microstrategy skills is nice to have. Job Description: • Experience: 8 10 years of total experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 4 6 years of dedicated experience in Power BI. • Migration Expertise: Proven track record of successfully migrating large-scale enterprise reporting environments to Power BI. • Data Modeling: Expert knowledge of Star and Snowflake schemas, and managing large datasets (DirectQuery, Import, and Composite models). • DAX Proficiency: Advanced skills in writing complex DAX measures and calculated columns for sophisticated business logic. • SQL Mastery: Strong ability to write and tune SQL queries for data extraction and validation. Preferred Skills & "Nice to Haves" • MicroStrategy Experience: Prior experience with MicroStrategy (Schema objects, Dossiers, or Documents) is highly desirable to facilitate a smoother migration process.
