Power BI Developer

Role: PowerBI Developer Location: Onsite Middletown, CT (5 Days Onsite) • Local or Nearby Only Duration: 12+ Months Interview: 1 round in person interviews. Overview We are seeking a hands-on Power BI Developer with strong experience in SSRS and enterprise data warehousing. This role will focus on maintaining and supporting existing SSRS reports while driving the transition toward Power BI, developing new reports, dashboards, and visualizations. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex data problems, experienced in data modeling, and skilled at working with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights. Must-Have Qualifications • 3+ years Power BI development experience (reports, dashboards, visualizations, data models) • Strong experience in SSRS development and maintenance • Hands-on Enterprise Data Warehousing background • Skilled in data analysis and structuring data for visualization in Power BI • Experience with Power BI Server administration (user management, security, infrastructure setup – not server builds) • Strong understanding of data security principles (role-level, data-level) • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts and insights to business stakeholders • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new data tools and concepts
