What’s In Store For You • Design and deploy impactful Power BI dashboards and data visualizations. • Work hands-on with the latest Microsoft BI technologies, including Fabric, Power Query, and DAX. • Collaborate across departments in a high-performance financial environment. • Opportunity to manage Power BI infrastructure and ensure seamless system uptime. How You Will Make an Impact • Develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports. • Connect, transform, and model data using Power Query and DAX. • Manage and support Power BI Gateways, Fabric capacities, and deployment pipelines. • Ensure accuracy, performance, and security across BI solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Troubleshoot BI issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and documentation. Are You a Proven Power BI Developer Ready to Make an Impact? Required Skills and Experience • 10+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Power BI development. • Expert knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and data modeling. • Experience managing Power BI Gateways and Microsoft Fabric. • Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with ETL workflows. • Demonstrated ability to optimize performance and manage large datasets. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Azure Data Services, Power Platform, or Databricks. • Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise integration and deployment pipelines. • Prior experience in financial or enterprise environments. • Microsoft Power BI certification (Nice-to-Have).
