On W2 | $55.71/hr. to $62.40/hr. on C2C Domain: Financial Services | Banking Business Intelligence Application Deadline: June 26, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have): • 7 to 10 years of experience in end-to-end Power BI development, including building complex enterprise dashboards completely from scratch • Expert-level proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query • Strong, hands-on experience with Clover ETL pipeline development, data transformation, and data warehousing architectures • Advanced expertise in semantic data modeling, relational database structures, and SQL database integration • Mastery of data visualization principles, UX/UI dashboard layout design, and row-level security (RLS) configuration Secondary (Good to Have): • Experience pulling and consolidating data from disparate enterprise systems, cloud infrastructures, and flat files (Excel, CSV) • Prior experience within the banking or financial services domain, adhering to strict data governance and financial reporting standards • Familiarity with automated data refresh schedules, gateway configurations, and performance tuning large Power BI semantic models POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Power BI Developer with specialized Clover ETL experience to spearhead the construction of end-to-end reporting solutions. Operating on a hybrid schedule out of our major corporate hubs in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX, this role requires a seasoned BI expert who can design enterprise-grade data structures from the ground up. You will own everything from the initial ingestion and transformation of complex banking datasets using Clover ETL, to building advanced data models and deploying stunning, high-performance dashboards that drive strategic, data-backed decisions across the organization. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Architect, design, and deploy enterprise-level Power BI reporting solutions and interactive dashboards from scratch, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. • Build, optimize, and maintain robust data integration pipelines using Clover ETL to extract, transform, and load data from SQL databases, cloud services, and legacy enterprise systems. • Write complex, highly optimized DAX queries and utilize Power Query for advanced data manipulation, ensuring rapid report performance and precise calculations. • Develop and refine scalable data models, star schemas, and data warehousing layers optimized for business intelligence delivery. • Establish standard design systems, wireframes, and intuitive layouts adhering to modern data visualization and dashboard design principles. • Implement and manage rigorous data security measures within the Power BI Service, including advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to define granular reporting requirements and maintain data lineage documentation.
