Power BI Developer (Finance)

Must have experience with Finance/Accounting systems Supply Chain experience is preferred Responsibilities • Identify and develop key performance indicators related to finance and accounting • Create dashboards, models, and other reporting tools to enable strategic visibility across finance and accounting • Excellent SQL coding skills (e.g. Power BI and similar data visualization tools) • Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail, self-direction, and curiosity • Drive results and customer satisfaction by collaborating with teams, leading projects, and continuous improvements • Collaborate with the broader application software team to support ERP tool development Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, or engineering • 2+ years of experience with SQL development and business intelligence tools (Power BI), or programming experience • 2+ years of experience in analytics, operations, finance and accounting or related fields Preferred Skills and Experience • Experience with Excel macros, Python, and scripting • Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous projects with tight deadlines and navigating ambiguous problem statements • Proficiency in understanding end-user requirements, translating requirements into design specifications, and identifying system enhancement opportunities • Understanding of business concepts related to supply chain management, finance and accounting • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or related operational efficiency principles • Experience with production systems (MRP/ERP systems) • Demonstrated ability to gather, clean, analyze, and present SQL data to drive systemic improvements • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to team members, internal customers, and management
