Power BI Developer

PowerBI/ Power Apps Developer Location: Remote Our client, a leading provider of technology enabled claims and risk management solutions, is seeking an experienced Power BI / Power Apps Developer with strong expertise in Power Automate to design, develop, and maintain scalable business solutions. This role primarily involves Power BI reporting assignments while leveraging Power Apps and related technologies to deliver impactful business solutions. What you will be doing: • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software architecture for CMS software systems. • Oversee programming, implementation, and maintenance of projects, ensuring software scalability, compatibility, and alignment with overall business, IT, and infrastructure strategies. • Evaluate technologies and provide consultation regarding applications and systems needs. • Identify and implement strategies for maintaining JURIS data and application integration. • Collaborate with management and colleagues throughout CMS to develop overall designs and define projects for strategic technology initiatives. • Consult with project managers to stay informed of active and upcoming projects, identifying areas of overlap. • Assist in the implementation of large client programs involving multiple interfaces or system modifications. • Manage analyst/programmers as required and review software change requests to ensure feasibility, eliminate duplication, and recommend prioritization of changes. • Provide recommendations for software and hardware requirements for claims-related applications. Required Skills & Experience: • Power BI: Expert-level proficiency in designing and developing complex dashboards and reports. • Power Apps & Power Automate: Strong experience building custom applications and automating workflows. • Deltek Vision / VantagePoint: Hands-on experience preferred. • Experience in environment management, Copilot Agents, and Power Apps. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ideal Candidate: • A highly motivated and technically proficient individual with a strong track record of delivering scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
