Business Intelligence Consultant – Power BI & MicroStrategy Migration
Charter Solutions is hiring a Power BI Consultant to join our client's collaborative BI team to help modernize their analytics landscape. You’ll lead the migration of legacy MicroStrategy reports to Power BI, redesigning them to meet today’s business needs and supporting new strategic initiatives. Work with SQL Server data warehouse sources and partner with business stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-friendly dashboards.
What You’ll Do:
• Convert and optimize legacy reports in Power BI
• Support analytics for new strategic initiatives, including Operational Excellence
• Query and model data from SQL Server and other integrated sources
• Collaborate with a skilled BI team and business partners
What You Bring:
• Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, report design)
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy (preferred)
• Solid SQL experience
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
