Role description
We are hiring for Power BI Developer at Liverpool, UK – 3 days per week Onsite
Job Description:
• Power BI SME who has strong hands-on technical expertise paired with the ability to train, coach and upskill analytics teams.
• This role is split between developing Power BI reports and upskilling the team in Power BI through workshops, structured training and 1-to-1 coaching.
• MCT certification will be preferred.
• We are looking for someone with in-depth Power BI experience, strong SQL skills, hands-on Microsoft Fabric skills( for ETL only in SQL)
• The candidate will have strong data visualization and dashboard design skills, understand the difference between metrics and insights, know what good data visualization looks like, and be able to coach and influence teams to adopt best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to audiences with varying levels of experience.
• Experience designing and delivering structured Power BI training programmes is highly desirable, and relevant Microsoft Power BI and Fabric certifications would be advantageous.
