Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling techniques
• Advanced SQL skills including performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform services
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams
