Job#: 3033468 Job Description: Power BI Developer (Contract to Hire) Location: 100 percent Remote, EST time zone Duration: 6 month contract to hire Our client is seeking a mid level Power BI Developer to join their growing Power Platform team and support reporting efforts for upcoming implementation projects. This role focuses on designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards for healthcare clients, with the opportunity to convert to a full time role after the initial contract period. What You'll Be Doing • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support customer facing implementations • Build reporting for healthcare clients, including before and after go live metrics and performance insights • Balance standardized product level reporting with customized client specific reporting needs • Collaborate with an existing Power BI and Power Platform team on ongoing delivery efforts • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable visual reports and insights What We're Looking For • Approximately three years of hands on Power BI development experience (mid level) • Bachelor's degree required • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Apps • One to two years of experience working with Dataverse • Strong SQL and SQL Server skills • Business facing mindset with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and customers Why This Role This is a great opportunity for a Power BI professional who comes from a business analysis or reporting background rather than a pure software development role.
