Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Technology Engagement Center Specialist – Power PI Enablement to join their team. As a Technology Engagement Center Specialist – Power PI Enablement, you will be part of the Technology Support Department supporting Business Analytics and Data Enablement teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Power BI Enablement Specialist Location: On-site, with a flexible remote work arrangement on Fridays Contract on W2 What's the Job? Facilitate discovery sessions, product demos, consultations, and interactive training on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and other available technology products. Coach associates in using Copilot and AI-assisted features to improve productivity, automate workflows, and accelerate knowledge work. Stay current on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform feature updates and translate changes into practical guidance for associates. Provide ad-hoc support and troubleshooting during associates' technology adoption journeys, with a focus on teach-back and skill transfer. Deliver engaging, well-structured training sessions and demonstrations tailored to audiences from novice to advanced levels. What's Needed? Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, modern formulas, data cleansing, and Power Query experience. Strong Power BI experience building and explaining end-to-end solutions: ingest, transform, model, DAX measures, report design, publish, and share. Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as relationships, star schema, and dimensional thinking. Demonstrated data analysis capability: defining KPIs/metrics, validating results, and communicating insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Proven experience teaching, coaching, or enabling others with a focus on skill transfer, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. What's in it for me?
