Role description
Role: Power BI Engineer
Location: Des Plaines River Rd, Rosemont, IL
W2 Only (Visa Independent Only)
Responsibilities:
• Power BI Engineer who will be focused on building Power BI reports
• Leverage new data sets, build new reports for new business requirements
• Build out SQL procedures
• Gather and meet requirements from business
• Leverage SSIS with ETL for on-prem stuff
• A lot of reports are built in Power BI
• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements
Required
• 5+ years of strong experience with Power BI and Fabric
• Data models
• SQL Server
• SQL store procedures
• SQL server component
• SSIS packages with ETL
• Cloud experience with AWS Redshift – Nice to have
