Position: Power BI Lead Consultant Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months • • Only US Citizen and Green Card Required • • Role & Responsibilities Scope of Activities • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding teams in delivering visualization solutions for Polaris P1. • Provide recommendations on design, data modeling, and build to ensure solutions are performant, scalable, and aligned with business needs. • Review and endorse dashboard data and semantic model designs prior to advancing to the build stage. • Provide hands on support for select dashboards where expert level capability is required. • Collaborate closely with Business Capability, Analytics Data Product, and Visualization teams to ensure consistent implementation of visualization guidelines, standards, and governance practices. • Help define and reinforce best practices for Power BI development, performance tuning, and UX standards. Skills Needed • Extensive consulting and hands on experience with enterprise Power BI, including design, data modeling, performance optimization, and architecture, as well as Snowflake. • Strong customer engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross functional teams around best practices. • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in large, complex business transformation environments.
