Role description
• Serve as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse entities, relationships, forms, views, and business rules, along with building and supporting Model-Driven Apps.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, convert them into well-defined user stories, and present configured solutions to business teams.
• Work alongside architects and developers to ensure system configurations align with overall technical design, platform capabilities, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support testing cycles, validation efforts, and release activities while understanding platform constraints and system dependencies.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
