About the Role
Concordant LLC is seeking a Systems Software Programmer β Advanced to support a large-scale application migration and modernization initiative for a South Carolina state agency. This role is fully on-site in Columbia, SC and will play a key part in transitioning enterprise systems into a new technology environment following statewide restructuring under Act 60 of 2023.
You will help migrate and modernize over 100 applications supporting 1,200+ users, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient solutions using Microsoftβs Power Platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Support Power Platform Solutions
Develop applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
Create workflows with Power Automate
Design and publish dashboards and reports in Power BI
Use Dataverse to model and manage structured data
Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, APIs, and other enterprise systems
Automation & AI
Build automated business processes using Power Automate
Develop AI-driven agents using Copilot Studio to support operational needs
Security & Compliance
Manage security roles, permissions, and access controls
Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
Ensure compliance with GCC, FedRAMP, and NIST standards
Handle sensitive data securely and efficiently
Collaboration & Documentation
Partner with technical teams and business users to design and implement solutions
Provide best practice guidance and technical recommendations
Create detailed technical and operational documentation
Support solution deployments and production releases
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting government IT projects
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development, including:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
Dataverse
Copilot Studio
Experience building complex canvas and model-driven apps
3+ years designing responsive, user-friendly interfaces
3+ years connecting Power Platform apps and workflows to SQL Server
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing security roles and permissions
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
Experience embedding Power BI dashboards into Power Apps
Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies in Power Platform environments
