Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities: • Build automation flows with Power Automate to streamline manual processes • Create custom applications using Power Apps to support operational efficiency • Develop intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for targeted business use cases • Design and implement Generative AI models and systems tailored to business needs. • Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science. • Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions—from data ingestion to model deployment. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions • Participate in periodic reviews and demos to showcase solution impact • Document development processes and maintain solution integrity across environments Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and conversational AI agent design • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a business environment. • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices. • Experience with low-code/no-code development environments • Strong understanding of data flows, API integration, and automation logic • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
