Power Platform Developer / Consultant Location: Reading, UK (3 days onsite per week) Engagement: Long-term contract (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAP 🎯 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer / Consultant to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives within a large utilities environment. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, working across complex enterprise systems in a fast-paced, delivery-focused setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP, Salesforce, and wider digital transformation units to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions aligned with business and technical standards. This is a long-term contract opportunity with an immediate start, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Reading. ✅ Core Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including: • Power Platform DevelopmentPower Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps) • Power Automate (Cloud Flows & RPA) • Power BI (Dashboards, Reporting & Data Modelling) • DataverseData modelling and schema design • Security roles and access control • Integration architecture • AI BuilderDocument processing solutions • Predictive modelling use cases • Intelligent automation scenarios 🔗 Integration & Ecosystem Experience Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as: • Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIs) • Dynamics 365 • SharePoint Online 💡 Nice to Have • Experience working in large utilities or regulated environments • Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture • Understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform (CI/CD pipelines)
