Role description
3+ Months Contract (40 hrs. per week)
We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to design, build, and deploy a scalable, enterprise-grade application that enables comprehensive user account validation across approximately 100,000 accounts. This initiative addresses a critical gap in visibility, where nearly half of the accounts currently lack clear classification, ownership, or validation status.
The developer will be responsible for creating an intuitive, high-performing solution that empowers managers across the organization to review and validate accounts assigned to them. This includes capturing key details such as account type, ownership confirmation, associated hardware, and access privileges. The solution must support large-scale data processing, ensure secure handling of sensitive identity information, and drive high user adoption through thoughtful design and seamless user experience.
Additionally, the application will need to incorporate workflow automation, status tracking, and escalation mechanisms to ensure timely completion, while providing real-time reporting and insights into validation progress, data gaps, and potential risk areas. The end goal is to deliver a robust, repeatable solution that enhances enterprise identity governance, strengthens compliance, and improves overall data integrity across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop a Power App for enterprise-scale workflows
• Integrate with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure AD, and enterprise data sources to ingest and manage account data
• Build user-friendly interfaces to drive manager participation and completion rates
• Implement role-based access controls and secure data handling aligned with compliance standards
• Develop Power Automate workflows to:
• Trigger notifications and reminders
• Track completion status
• Escalate unresponsive cases
• Create reporting dashboards using Power BI to track:
• Validation progress
• Data completeness
• Risk exposure
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Business functions
• Support testing, deployment, and user adoption strategies
Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate (Flow design, approvals, notifications)
• Power BI
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Azure Active Directory (AAD) and identity data structures
• Ability to design enterprise-scale applications handling large datasets (50K+ records)
• Proficiency in:
• Data modeling and relational data design
• API integrations and connectors
• Experience implementing role-based access and security models
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design for adoption at scale
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, or identity governance processes
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in Life Sciences or regulated environments
• Knowledge of change management and adoption strategies
• Experience designing high-engagement workflows (e.g. reminders,)
