Role description
Payrate: $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
Details/Scope of the project:
The role designs, builds, and maintains enterprise Power Platform solutions that automate business processes, integrate data sources, and create low-code applications for internal users. Scope includes developing Canvas and Model-Driven apps, building Power Automate flows, designing Dataverse schemas, integrating with and Azure systems, and supporting ongoing enhancements. The developer partners with business, IT, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to cloud standards.
Team Technical Stack:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate (cloud flows, automation workflows) Dataverse / data modeling Power BI (basic integration and reporting) SharePoint, Teams, Company connectors Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management SQL Server / Azure SQL / connectors GitHub / Azure DevOps (ALM, version control)
Must have skills for this role:
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven).
• Proficiency with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Solid Dataverse knowledge: tables, relationships, security roles.
• Ability to connect to and integrate multiple data sources (SQL, SharePoint, APIs).
• Knowledge of Power Query (M) and basic DAX.
• Experience delivering end-to-end low-code applications in enterprise settings. CI/CD or ALM basics for Power Platform (DevOps/GitHub).
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder interaction skills.
Preferred skills:
• Strong communicator; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving habits.
• Collaborative and comfortable working across business + technical teams.
• Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable when requirements change (because they always do).
• Ability to explain constraints and best practices without starting a civil war. Organized and reliable, especially with versioning and documentation.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $70.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
