Role description
Position: Power Platform Developer with Copilot Studio Location: Plano, TX Job Description: The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Copilot Studio agents, and Dataverse.This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze, automate, and optimize processes by leveraging Power Platform, SQL, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in developing scalable enterprise solutions, ensuring data security, compliance, and performance optimization. Required Skills • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate). • Experience building Copilot Studio agents and AI-driven automation solutions. • Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, data transformations). • Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, and system integrations. • Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, C# plugins, and Power Platform extensibility. • Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management). • Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, security models, governance, and ALM. • Agile/Scrum experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have • AI Builder and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility. • Power BI integration and embedded analytics. • Power Pages development. • Python for automation and data transformation. • GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD experience. • UX/UI design knowledge for Power Apps. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio solutions. • Build integrations using APIs, custom connectors, Dataverse, SQL, and Azure services. • Implement secure, scalable, and compliant automation solutions. • Develop data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions. • Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and optimize processes. • Maintain technical documentation and support Power Platform adoption initiatives.
