Power Platform Developer

Our utility client is seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions. This is a part‑time, fully remote contract role, ideal for an experienced professional with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise automation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead analysis of business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities. • Design, develop, and implement complex automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. • Architect end‑to‑end automation solutions, including data integration and workflow design. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems. • Test, debug, and validate automation workflows to ensure quality and reliability. • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions. • Document solution designs, technical specifications, and user guidance. • Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level automation developers. • Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in automation engineering.
