Power Platform Developer (Program-Driven, Dataverse-Focused)
We are seeking a proactive Power Platform Developer who can take ownership of initiatives, drive programs forward, and build scalable solutions. This role requires strong Dataverse expertise and the ability to translate business needs into impactful applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Build complex workflows including multi-step approvals, conditional logic, integrations, and notifications.
• Lead solutioning efforts by gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical designs.
• Take initiative to drive programs, improve processes, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement robust Dataverse data models (tables, relationships, security roles, forms, and views).
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and external systems using connectors and APIs.
• Modernize legacy tools (e.g., InfoPath, Excel-based processes) into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, licensing, and environment strategies.
• Manage deployments, releases, and enhancements using ALM best practices.
• Troubleshoot and support applications across data, app, and integration layers.
Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse (required).
• Proven ability to design Model-Driven and Canvas apps with scalable architecture.
• Experience with Power Platform environments, solution management, and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of integrations, connectors, REST APIs, and authentication methods.
• Experience working within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and lead work independently.
