Overview
The Power Platform Developer - Data Integration will play a key role in designing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions that unify data across the enterprise. This role focuses on using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and related technologies to connect systems, automate workflows, and centralize business data into accessible, reliable datasets.
You’ll collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, user-friendly applications and integrations that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to connect to and manage enterprise data sources
• Develop Power Automate workflows to move, transform, and synchronize data between systems and applications
• Create and support data connections between the Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other internal or third-party systems
• Implement Power Pages and low-code interfaces for internal or external data access
• Develop dashboards and data models that enable business intelligence reporting and analytics
• Partner with business units to gather requirements, streamline manual processes, and standardize data handling
• Document architecture, integrations, and workflows to support governance and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data security, consistency, and compliance across all Power Platform solutions
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven)
• Strong working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes between cloud and on-prem systems
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, or API-based integrations
• Solid understanding of data modeling, workflow automation, and application lifecycle management (ALM) within the Power Platform
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
