Role description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade business applications and workflow solutions while driving modernization initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem. β€’ This a long term contract with Hybrid work mode in Minneapolis, MN β€’ Due to the nature of the project, we require Visa independent candidates only. β€’ Local candidates preferred or who are willing to relocate on their own expenses. Required skills & experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 β€’ Strong hands-on with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and InfoPath modernization β€’ Experience building Complex Canvas & Model-driven apps, Advanced Power Automate workflows and Enterprise solutions on Dataverse β€’ Integration: APIs, connectors, REST, authentication β€’ Governance: DLP, licensing, environment management, security roles β€’ Technical ops: ALM, deployments, troubleshooting β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills β€’ Problem-solving and ownership mindset β€’ Ability to turn ambiguity into structured solutions Please note: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent applications.
