A leading organization in the financial sector, dedicated to process optimization and automation using innovative technologies.
Role
We are looking for a skilled developer to design, develop, and implement automation applications using low-code and no-code platforms. In this hybrid role based in New York (3 days a week onsite), you will:
β’ Build and deploy automation solutions that support business process management.
β’ Design applications on low-code platforms, leveraging SQL Server as a backend.
β’ Work collaboratively with business and technology teams, both locally and globally.
β’ Analyze, optimize, and automate business processes.
β’ Support, maintain, and develop existing process management systems.
β’ Assist in defining technical specifications and business requirements.
Key Skills
β’ Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design (essential).
β’ Experience with low-code platforms: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power AI), Alteryx, SharePoint.
β’ Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize workloads.
β’ Experience supporting production systems in a financial or banking environment.
β’ Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
β’ Strong research skills and ability to address complex IT topics.
β’ Experience gathering requirements and defining technical specifications.
β’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
β’ Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
β’ Experience in DevOps, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Jenkins, APIs, and software integration (desirable).
